need of help.

Can you clarify what you mean by "template" below? Is this related to  
the server setup, or the look and feel of the site itself (required  
header / footer content, sidebars, legal notices, etc)? If the latter,  
you'll need to incorporate this into the Drupal theme for the site.  
This is mostly an HTML / CSS task, though it helps if you can read (or  
at least not be scared of) php.

If you need to demo this tomorrow, you've got a very tight timeframe  
to get a new theme up and running, tested, and deployed. Good luck,  
and let me know if you want to chat.
